Delivery of Digital Files — Rococo Designs

Rococo Designs delivers all work as digital files. We do not ship physical products.

1. Delivery of Digital Files

All approved custom design work, developed artworks, and digital products are delivered in digital format only. Files may be shared via email, downloadable link, cloud folder, or any other agreed digital transfer method, depending on the project requirement and file size.

2. Custom Project Deliverables

For custom design projects, final files are delivered only after:

project approval is completed,
the agreed scope of work is finished,
and the final payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deliverables may include design files, artwork files, placement layouts, repeat files, mockups, or presentation files, depending on the scope of the project and the service purchased.

3. File Formats

The final file format will be shared as per the agreed deliverables of the project. Depending on the service, files may be provided in formats such as PSD, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, or other mutually agreed digital formats. Layered editable files will only be provided where specifically included in the project scope or product listing.

4. Digital Downloads from the Shop

Designs purchased through our online store as ready digital downloads will be made available after successful payment confirmation. In most cases, download access is provided immediately or within a reasonable processing time, depending on the platform and payment verification.

Customers are requested to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct, as order confirmations and download-related information may be sent to that email.

5. Delivery Timelines for Custom Projects

Delivery timelines for custom design services vary depending on the nature of the project, number of designs, level of detailing, revision rounds, and client response time. Estimated timelines are usually shared in the project proposal, quotation, or discussion before the work begins.

Project timelines generally begin from the date of:

receipt of the required advance payment, and
receipt of the final confirmed brief, references, and other necessary inputs from the client.

Any delay in approvals, feedback, content sharing, or revision confirmation from the client may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Revisions and Delivery Schedule

If a project includes revision rounds, the final delivery date may shift depending on the number of revisions requested and the time taken for feedback and approvals. Rococo Designs will make reasonable efforts to maintain the committed timeline, but revised schedules may apply if the project scope changes or if additional work is requested after approval.

7. Responsibility of the Client Before Delivery

It is the client’s responsibility to review previews, strike-offs, mockups, layouts, colourways, text details, and final approvals carefully before final delivery. Once the final files are approved and delivered, any new changes outside the originally agreed-upon scope may be treated as a separate paid service.

8. Failed Delivery / File Access Issues

If you do not receive your files, download link, or delivery email within the communicated timeframe, please contact Rococo Designs promptly with your order or project details. We will make reasonable efforts to resend the files or provide an alternate delivery method where required.

9. No Physical Shipping

Rococo Designs does not deliver physical goods unless specifically mentioned for a particular offering. Any reference to shipping on the website, unless otherwise specified, should be understood as digital file delivery only.

For any delivery-related queries, missing files, download issues, or project delivery support, please contact Rococo Designs through the official contact details available on the website.

11.File Retention
Once the final design has been approved and delivered, Rococo Designs will retain the design files for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Clients are requested to download and safely store all approved files within this period. After 7 days, the Studio may delete the files from its active system storage, and Rococo Designs will not be responsible for file loss, recovery, or re-delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
