Refund Policy — Rococo Designs

At Rococo Designs, all projects involve creative development, research, design time, and digital file preparation. As we offer custom textile design services and digital design files, the following refund policy applies.

1. Custom Design Projects

A 50% advance payment is required to begin any custom design project, unless agreed otherwise in writing. This advance covers the Studio’s creative time, research, concept development, and initial design work, and is non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Balance Payment and Final File Release

The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the approved artwork and before the release of final files. Final deliverables, editable files, or production-ready artwork will only be shared after full payment is received.

3. Project Cancellation After Commencement

If a project is paused, cancelled, or discontinued after work has started, the advance payment will remain non-refundable. Any work completed up to that stage may also remain chargeable depending on the scope of work already carried out.

4. Digital Downloads

All digital download purchases made through Rococo Designs are final and non-refundable. As these are digital files delivered electronically, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed and the files have been delivered or made available for download.

5. Revisions and Approved Work

Revisions are handled as per the scope agreed in the quotation or project discussion. However, revision requests, change of mind, delayed usage, or internal brand decisions do not qualify for a refund once the project is in progress or the design has been approved.

6. Client Delays

Delays caused by incomplete briefs, pending approvals, missing references, or delayed feedback from the client’s side do not create grounds for cancellation or refund of the advance amount.

7. Exceptional Cases

Any refund, if considered, will be solely at the discretion of Rococo Designs and must be confirmed in writing by the Studio.
